Reservations cannot be accepted unless supported by a valid credit card. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. You will be transferred to our secure server before entering your card number.

Reservation Deposit
1/2 of your total will be charged to your card to reserve your time at San Carlos Penthouse. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to arrival.

Refundable Security Deposit $300.00
This is not considered part of your total bill. Any damage or missing items will be deducted and the remaining deposit will be refunded within two weeks after your stay.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your reservation, do so within 60 days or more. You will only be charged a $25 bookkeeping fee. If cancelled more than 30 days out, you will receive 75% of your deposit. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit, and within 7 days - no refund of deposit. No refunds for shortened stays. No pets. No smoking inside the penthouse.
