Palms Resort: 10.00 fee   SurfsideII: 150.00 fee 

Occupancy limits: Efficiency and 1 Bedroom--4 people, 2 Bedroom--6 
3 Bedroom--8 people This policy is strictly enforced.

Damage deposit will be refunded 30 days from the Departure Date
1/3 Deposit of total price is required 7 days after booking.  
Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival

No Refunds for Cancelled or Shortened stays, or Violation of Policies
During Peak Season there is a minimum of a 5 night stay.
